Sunshine Public School, Binjalpur successfully hosted an offline CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on the theme "Gender Sensitivity in Schools." The programme aimed to enhance teachers' understanding of gender sensitivity and promote an inclusive, safe, and respectful learning environment in schools.
The training session was conducted by Dr. Ritu Bansal and Ms. Sejal Borium, who served as the Resource Persons. Through engaging discussions, interactive activities, and real-life examples, they highlighted the importance of gender equality, empathy, and inclusive classroom practices.
